How we work to make your cycling garment
① Get in touch with us
Tell us what you need, we will figure out the best solution for you. Our sales will confirm Items, template, sizing, pricing with you at this stage.
You will find things are much easier than you thought.
② Provide artwork
Always vector files for the best result. If not, high resolution JPG is fine. It’s not the end of the world if you don’t have any of them, you can choose a base design from one of ours and replace with your thoughts and logos.
③ Layouts and test print approval.
We will send you panel layouts and test prints for approval before we print anything. You can approve the logo placement, colors and make design changes until it’s perfect.
④ Printing/cutting
The files will go to printing room after layout and colors are confirmed and approved.
Cutting could happen before layout and colors are confirmed to expedite production process.
⑤ Sublimating
The cutting panel and printed paper will meet in sublimating room and come out as ready-to-sew panels.
⑥ Inline inspection
We have inline inspection to filter every panels come out from sublimating room to make sure they are good to go into sewing room. Otherwise we will replace the panels.
⑦ Stitching/Assembling
Where all panels form together as a finished garment.
⑧Final Inspection
We use the strictest standards to ensure that every piece of clothing is satisfactory.
There’s no perfect thing, only better.
⑨Packing and Shipping.
Your product leaves the kahlen factory as soon as it passed the last QC inspection. Finally, your order ships from the kahlen factory and arrive at your door.
